| 解説 | A tour-de-force for advanced groups， this 2015 Grammy-nominated arrangement is the original Stephen Foster waltz refitted as a medium-bright samba in 4/4 time. Featuring a smooth and lyrical melody over a driving samba feel， additional features include plenty of room for soprano or alto saxophone on the melody plus extensive improvisation， along with solo piano space， and roaring ensemble passages. A dramatic style change occurs near the end with the chart going into 3/4 at a slower tempo featuring a more traditional version of the melody that leads to a satisfying finish.
